Here we have our beautiful Mahattan Fireplace TV Console. This is a special piece that will be the focal point of any living room or sitting room. 
 
About this console: 
-Includes Fully Electric Fireplace
-Fireplace features a remote control, outputs 1500 watts, 100 % LED technology, life like resin logs, adjustable thermostat, heats up to 400 square feet and the heat function does not have to be on while the flames are activated. The fireplace does not need ventilation and is plug and play. 
-Console features a 5/4 reclaimed southern pine wood top which is Waterlox sealed
-The wood top is surrounded with an intricate casing to enhance the beauty of the console itself
-Behind each door is a stationary solid wood shelf to store just about anything
-The console offers 1/4" shiplap for the back wall. Holes can be pre-drilled for any wiring
-The doors offer soft close hinges with a beautiful Louvered door style.
-The console offers wood turned bun feet, however, you may opt to not have them, esepcially if you want the console as short as possible. Please let us know if you DO NOT want feet, otherwise we will put them on as a default
-Please know that the height of the console varies on the size(length) you choose and if you want feet or not. The 72" console shown is roughly 40" high. The consoles will have a minimum of a 30" height and maximum 40" height, it is all contingent on the size you choose and if you want feet or not. 
 
Paint Colors: Please choose a Sherwin Williams color and send us the color code. For the wood top, please choose a Minwax or Varathane NON TINTABLE and NON POLY BLEND stain.
